The right mindset and strategy can make all the difference when it comes to exam results. Here are some tips to help you stay calm and positive whatever your results!
Exam Results
Getting great exam results takes a lot of work and dedication. Often, it comes down to how badly you want it. Whether that be a top university place, a job you really love or simply getting good grades so your parents are proud. Exams can be daunting and it’s easy to get discouraged when your efforts don’t pay off as quickly as you hope. It can be a real confidence-booster to focus on other things in your life that are going well for you, or to look at other people’s exam results and feel motivated to improve your own!
You will receive a score report with your results, including the number of questions you answered correctly and incorrectly. A description of the scoring system is also provided. Your exam results will appear on your Test and Score Report (TSR) shortly after the examination date, if you took the Writing Exam before June 11. If you have any questions about your score, these should be addressed to your academic department.
You will also be able to view your SAT scores at the school level by using NYCPS’s School Quality Reports. Advanced Placement tests are administered by the College Board and may provide you with the opportunity to earn college credit.
